HRSA NWD Grant: A Lifeline to Academic Success at Cape Cod Community College and Beyond

For the past nine years, she has worked in various roles as a Nurse educator at Cape Cod Community College and the Principal Investigator for the HRSA Nursing Workforce Diversity grant. Her passion is to create a nursing curriculum with Diversity Equity and Inclusion throughout the curriculum. She closely collaborates with colleagues to achieve Holistic Admissions in the Nursing Program. She is proud of the development and implementation of the Remediation and Reinforcement classes at CCCC. It is a privilege for her to promote nursing workforce diversity by recruiting underrepresented minority, economically and academically disadvantaged students into the program.
