Holistic Admissions: Increasing Diversity in the Nursing Workforce

Dr. Cecilia Trinidad is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, TX. She has been at TLU since 2013 and was integral in the start of the BSN program. She graduated from the University of Incarnate Word with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis nursing education with a minor in nursing administration. She earned a postMaster's certificate as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and Doctorate of Nursing Philosophy from Walden University with a concentration in nursing education. Dr. Trinidad has been a nurse for 27 years.
