Diversity, Equity, Inclusion in The Nursing Curriculum at Cape Cod Community College

Professor at the Cape Cod Community College (CCCC) Nursing Program and the Principal Investigator for the HRSA Nursing Workforce Diversity grant. For the past nine years, she has worked in various roles as a nurse educator at CCCC.

Her role as the Nursing curriculum committee chair complements her passion in creating a Nursing curriculum with Diversity Equity and Inclusion throughout the curriculum. Promoting nursing workforce diversity by recruiting underrepresented minority, economically and academically disadvantaged students into the Cape Cod Community College Nursing Program and promoting culture awareness is a privilege for her.
