The Current Science Validating the Impact of CNL Practice

Attendees will be able to understand the science of nursing research, as well as the impact nursing research can have on the validation of the CNL in clinical care. Dr. Bender will discuss her Research Study on Linking Levels of CNL Practice to Levels of Outcome Achievement, and review the implementation of the CNL study at Carolinas Medical Center. Dr. Rankin will analize unique findings of CNL practice at Carolinas Medical Center which will allow participants to understand the implications for CNL practice and explain the next steps for nursing research.
