Julie Slade

Dr. Julie Slade earned her BSN from Carlow College in 1999 and has experience working in an intermediate care unit, a neuro-trauma intensive care unit, a neuro-trauma intensive care unit, and a neuro-surgical intensive care unit. Dr. Slade earned a Master’s degree in nursing education in 2008 and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2009. Dr. Slade has been working at Chatham University since 2010, first filling the role of clinical coordinator, and now as assistant program director for the nursing department and associate professor of nursing. Dr. Slade is currently pursuing a PhD in nursing education.
